What does Happiness really mean?
What is happiness?
How can I stay happy forever?
I always used to ask myself these questions multiple times whenever I was not really happy or whenever I was kinda broken, sad or disappointed
Well, I guess the answer is simple. Happiness lies in little things. It's your choice whether to be happy or not.Happiness is when we have finally accepted ourselves, foremost, and our circumstances enough to either like them the way they are or be unafraid to change them. Or unfraid to wait for that change, work for that change, make leaps for that change because with happiness every leap is fun, every new thing is exciting. When excitement leads, positive progress begins.
True happiness is a concept we all chase but few of us know what it really means...with reason! There's no ''true'' definition after all. True happiness, to me, is looking forward to most days. It's being satisfied and accomplished in life. It's feeling as though something's finally clicked in some way. It's growing and discovering. There are bad days but you manage them well and you've developed the right coping mechanisms to move on. That's happiness to me. You'll know you're truly happy when you label the day-to-day happiness you experience as being real.
True happiness is to be content in the present, not to be consumed by the past, nor worried about the future. To enjoy every moment of the present with a smile, to enjoy food , society, nature, family and friends. Happiness can be achieved anywhere at any time, it is the inner peace we can all touch and reach, with practice. I find that gratitude is key to being happy.
People often says that happiness is found within. It is not like you're just laughing nor smiling when someone is telling a joke or you have read something funny. It is something magical that you will feel when someone special to you gave you butterflies in your stomach. It is the spark you feel inside your heart when you feel appreciated or vise versa. Happiness is when you found yourself completely contented for what you have or what you are now.
Happiness is when you're truly content with what you have in life and can make the most of your current situation. It doesn't need to be perfect, it just needs to feel right. Happiness is by necessity always temporary and life is more of a roller coaster of situations and feelings, so you need to pay attention when you get to the good bits are learn to appreciate them!
